Never do a job that gives you tears, or mental stress, There is no point in being a slave to the deadlines. Do a job that makes you happy at the end of the day. Go back to your salt mines with a smile on your face, not a frown on your face. A global poll conducted by Gallup has uncovered that out of the world’s one billion full-time workers, only 15% of people are engaged at work. That means 85% of people are unhappy in their jobs

Most of the students get lured by the salary emanating from the lucrative jobs in the first place, then they will find different ways to flee and start to search for a job which makes them happy and peaceful. Never seek validation from many people while choosing a job, bank on yourself ,head -on with self -confidence. Never try to please others ,it is fine to an extent, but always draw a line and make sure it doesn’t compromise your desires. Consider what types of job or working conditions are compatible with your life. There is no secret sauce to find a job that makes you happy, follow your passion, maintain the belief that you will find what you need. Once you resort to your dream job, hold it tight, learn from mistakes, accept the constructive criticisms. There is no point in burning the midnight oil if you are not happy and content .Ultimately work and happiness in interconnected. "It doesn’t matter whether you do small or big Job; what matters is job Contentment.” Mohit Agadi.
